These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Kroozin Plus SMS messaging and loyalty rewards program ("Program") operated by Stealth Construction ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program through the Kroozin Plus VIP Club sign-up form and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.
The Kroozin Plus SMS Program allows enrolled customers to receive reward and verification codes and, for those who opt in, promotional text messages directly to their mobile phone. The Program is available to customers in the United States who enroll through the Kroozin Plus VIP Club sign-up form at https://kroozinplus.net/vip-club.

By completing registration and checking the opt-in box, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Kroozin Plus at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. You may receive promotional messages, daily redemption codes, and special offers from Kroozin Plus based on program activity and promotional campaigns.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. Kroozin Plus is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of the Kroozin Plus SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will be unsubscribed. You will receive no further promotional messages unless you re-subscribe.
To re-subscribe after opting out, visit https://kroozinplus.net/vip-club and complete the sign-up form again.

Redemption codes sent via SMS are valid only on the date specified in the message. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Kroozin Plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue redemption codes at any time without notice.
The Program is open to U.S. residents age 18 and older who possess a valid U.S. mobile phone number. Users under 18 may not enroll. By participating, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the phone number provided.
The Kroozin Plus SMS Program is compatible with most major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Kroozin Plus is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier.
Kroozin Plus is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on SMS messages received, including redemption of codes after expiration. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kroozin Plus disclaims all liability in connection with this Program.
Your participation in this Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at kroozinplus.net/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Kroozin Plus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at kroozinplus.net/terms-and-conditions with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Program shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.

Program description: SMS messages for reward and verification codes, optional promotional offers for members who opt in, and related service updates for Kroozin Plus at Kroozin 2218.
Message frequency: Varies. Transactional messages are sent when you take action (for example, redeeming a reward). Promotional messages, if you opt in, are sent no more than about four times per month.
